Every week you’ll find a new fitness message on our blog, including discussion questions and specific action steps for you and your crew to consider and complete. Remember, if you’re encouraging them and they’re encouraging you, everyone stays on track. Engaging videos by 30-year veteran Judi Ulrey bring the messages alive. Topics are practical and focused on one of three important areas: Food, Fitness, or Focus (your attitude – BIG!). Through everything is available 24/7, but we highly recommend a regularly scheduled “group gathering” for conversation, support, encouragement and accountability. Remember, virtual groups are good!
