Trekking Together is the first fitness program that’s not about you, but about you supporting someone else. Then magically you begin moving forward too.
It’s a weekly wellness program that’s done with a buddy and provides you both the tools you need to move forward, one small step at a time. Imagine how great you’ll feel when you and your friend are both fueling well, moving often, and having fun!
Here’s how it works:
Every week we present a new fitness challenge, offering suggestions on how you and your friend (child? spouse? sister?) can support one another. Remember, if you’re encouraging her and he’s encouraging you, you both stay on track. It’s always focused on one of three important areas: Food, Fitness, or Focus (your attitude – BIG!). We communicate via video, audio, emails, blog, recipes, discussion questions and action steps. All can be accessed any time, but we highly recommend a Monday morning meeting with your buddy to plan for the week ahead. Slowly you both progress toward your personal wellness goals.
